Product Description
Summary
Polycarboxylate high-performance superplasticizer is a high-efficiency superplasticizer with the most cutting-edge technology in the world at present, and it is the third major breakthrough in the history of superplasticizer development. Modern concrete technology is developing in the direction of green, high strength and high performance, and the application of polycarboxylate-based high-performance water reducer is one of the core technical means.
The GS-1 type polycarboxylate high-performance water reducer produced by our company can significantly improve the slump retention of concrete when it is used in the preparation of concrete with poor sand and gravel quality, poor cement adaptability, and relatively watery cementitious materials. Ability, patina ability, especially in the case that some general retarders cannot solve the problem, it has a significant effect.
Two, characteristics
- GS-1 has the characteristics of low dosage, high water reducing rate, good cement adaptability, and no impact on the environment. It is a safe and environmentally friendly high-efficiency water reducing agent.
- The appearance of GS-1 is light brown yellow transparent liquid, and the main homogeneity indicators are as follows:
Solid content% | Density g/ml | PH value | Chloride ion content% | Sodium sulfate content% | Alkali content% |
40±1 | 1.020±0.02 | 6~8 | ≤0.200 | 1.22 | 2.0 |

Application scope and method
- The new version of GS-1 polycarboxylate high-performance water reducing agent has good workability, especially improves the cohesion of concrete, improves the anti-segregation and anti-bleeding performance of concrete, and makes the concrete slump better Spend.
- The dosage range of GS-1 is 0.1~0.4% (folded solid) of the weight of cement or gel material, and the commonly used dosage is 0.15~0.30% (folded solid). Since the water reduction rate of concrete mixed with GS-1 is relatively large, the slump is sensitive to water consumption, and the water consumption should be strictly controlled during use.
- When using GS-1, it can be directly added to the mixing water or the wet concrete that has been added with mixing water. It is not recommended to add GS-1 to the dry concrete mixture. Requires separate dispenser and feed tube.
- GS-1 has good adaptability to most cements, but some cements may have low water reducing rate and large slump loss. In addition, the fineness and storage time of cement may also affect the use effect of GS-1. At this time, it can be solved by appropriately increasing the dosage or compounding other retarding components.
- There are compatibility problems in the compounding of GS-1 and commonly used water reducing agents. It is recommended to do necessary compounding experiments before use to obtain the best effect.
- After using GS-1, the air content of concrete increases (generally 3~5%), which is beneficial to improve the workability and durability of concrete. If you want to reduce its air content, you can add an appropriate amount of defoamer .
Packaging, transportation and storage
- It is packed in plastic barrels, which are required to be sealed to prevent spillage or evaporation, and can be transported by tanker.
- GS-1 can be stored for 12 months at 5~40°C under the original packaging conditions. Under special circumstances, if the liquid becomes turbid, please use it as soon as possible after retesting.
